Vaccins...suisses

J'ai reçu une information de l'ambassade sur les vaccins contre le H1N1 pour les Suisses (et Liechtenstein-ois)  en Chine. Ça donne çà:

"According to a Federal Council decision of 4 November 2009, the same principle will apply to the question of free influenza vaccination for the Swiss Abroad. If Swiss nationals abroad can be vaccinated in their country of residence against the H1N1/2009 influenza pandemic, they should do this there at their own expense (or according to the local provisions). According to the experience made by our representations in China, this is generally not the case for China.

Swiss nationals living abroad who cannot be vaccinated in their country of residence are entitled to travel to Switzerland at their own expense and to receive a free vaccination at one of the army vaccination centres listed below"

Donc, si j'ai bien compris, je dois rentrer en Suisse par mes propres moyens pour recevoir... un vaccin gratuit. Ben voyons!
